Overview
This scorecard provides a benchmark of general-purpose credit card products from 10 major issuers. Javelin Strategy & Research evaluates credit card products by six criteria that are backed by findings from our consumer survey research. We spotlight the overall winner with an annual fee and without an annual fee and explain our selection. Javelin does not select a category winner, particularly because some categories such as rates would produce winners with the lowest or highest rates and would be relatively unhelpful in the overall design of a card program.
