Kierstin Lemasters is a seasoned Executive Relationship Manager with a diverse background that blends strong academic foundations with broad industry experience. She earned her BS in Animal Science with a minor in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University, where she developed a sharp analytical mindset and a deep interest in understanding complex systems and relationships.

Kierstin has built a proven track record in client relations, sales, and market research through her work at Dynata over the past two years, as well as five years in the hospitality industry with Marriott International and Aimbridge Hospitality. Her ability to drive business growth and cultivate meaningful partnerships has established her as a trusted leader across industries. 

In her current role, Kierstin brings a unique perspective—balancing strategic insight with a deep understanding of client needs in today’s fast-paced financial landscape. Her dedication to relationship-building and consistently delivering exceptional service makes her a valuable asset to any organization. 

Based in Dallas with her husband and daughter, Kierstin frequently travels to Pittsburgh to spend time with family. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing by the pool with loved ones, exploring new countries, and obedience training her dog, Gemma.
