Before joining Javelin in 2020, Dylan worked in full-service departments at international research firms, where he used both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to deliver comprehensive insights. A subject matter expert in mystery shopping, Dylan has conducted research on topics that include digital transformation, customer journey optimization, customer satisfaction, competitive benchmarking, brand promise delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a minor in quality management and assurance from California State University at Northridge, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Lutheran University.
