Lea is an Analyst in Javelin’s digital banking practice. Her research focuses on the technologies that banks are leveraging to deliver enhanced digital banking experiences. Lea’s experience helps banking and vendor clients better navigate rapid digital transformation by aligning consumer demand and satisfaction with competitive benchmarks and best practice insights.

Prior to joining the Javelin team, Lea was an analyst at Insider Intelligence, where she focused on all things fintech, notably open banking, neobanks, chatbots and financial IoT. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Language Sciences.
