Paul Sant

Paul is the Senior Director of Business Development at Javelin Strategy & Research. Since 2005, Paul has worked to bring many of the largest institutions, processors, networks, and organizations with a stake in the payments value chain into Mercator’s membership.

Paul started his career in the research & advisory industry as a sales manager with Livermore Research, a payments industry primary research firm. For this start up he established relationships with organizations such as Citigroup, MasterCard, Household Financial, American Express, and JP Morgan Chase/Bank One. He was also a key member in the development of Livermore’s “Credit Cards Online” conferences.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Ithaca College, where he was a four-year letter winner on the Men’s Soccer Team.
